EBA gut renovated a 1930’s/1950’s bathroom. The original 45sf layout was very inefficient. EBA reconfigured the layout to make better use of the space and maximize functionality. Electric and plumbing systems were completely updated and brought up to code. Energy efficient LED light fixtures and low consumption fixtures including a dual flush toilet were installed. The walls and ceiling were insulated and the leaky original window was replace with an energy efficient. Finishes and fixtures were selected to strike a balance between contemporary and timelessness. An oversize mirrored medicine cabinet and built-in glass shelves provide the storage required in a modern family bathroom.
